Excel Testing is pleased to offer the LNA Competency Exam for those who currently hold an inactive or expired New Hampshire LNA License. If you have not worked a minimum of 200 hours within the last 2 years or completed 12 contact hours per year, you will need to take the Competency Exam in order to reinstate your license.

If it is determined that a Competency Exam is necessary, you must first obtain an Application for Reinstatement from the New Hampshire Board of Nursing. You will then need to schedule an exam. The Competency Exam includes two parts: a written exam and a skills exam. You need to pass both sections in order to obtain your license. To assist you in preparation for the exam, please print our Nurse Aide Competency Test Guide or go to the Forms link.
